Pros

There are no pros to working here. There is no room for advancement and you are treated like a work horse with no voice. There are no documented operating procedures for departments which causes disorganizatio and confusion in your job.

Cons

Management promotes team work but will not listen to suggestions for process improvement and any suggestions will get you fired. There is no definite process or workflow. You are told to do something by one manager and reprimanded by another.

Everything Training was horrible and short Expectations changed on the daily Unprofessional HR, literally was told to make a big kid choice between my sick child and coming into work.
