No work life balance for many in Dev and Operations

Pros

Great people and teams across the board. Work with interesting technologies and products. Freedom to innovate inside my team

Cons

Teams are subject to the whims of the CTO and forced to work weekends at the last mInute. Managers afraid to push back or are on board for their own advancement. Plans could be drawn up earlier but no one makes the effort and people give up their own personal time for that

Intelligent coworkers, travel, resume experience. Austin.

Cons

Zero company culture. Leadership is non-existent. Focus of senior leadership is to sell the company, no investment in people, solutions, infrastructure.
