      If you're considering a career working with local governments and are self motivated, this is a great place to work -good compensation, good work environment and great product

      for those who need a lot of hand holding and spoon feeding, this may not be the place for you -You'll be well trained and have all the resources/help you need to succeed, but you'll need to customize a sales approach that best suits your strengths to really succeed

      If you are a good worker and put in an honest days work there is no better company to work for. The management is very fair and generous. The people there are fun to be with.
