bad management and culture within the company

honestly not sure other than some nice products

Cons

management asks for things that don't make sense and there is a lot of top down directives that are ridiculous bad attitude of management enabling bullying behaviour in the company and not doing anything about it generally the feeling is that the top management do not care about their employees at all

Cons

Being insulted by your colleague since the interviewing period. You will feel smaller and smaller the more you talk to them. Highly recommend HR team to structure the do’s and don’ts of the company.
