Pros

I think they have made really big changes to the organizational structure since my days there.

Cons

I really enjoyed working for this company at first, until I started seeing how it was really run. Top management/ownership never seemed to be in alignment. Overall, it was a frustrating place to work.

Pros

-Positive leadership with growth-oriented mindset in regards to canvasser productivity. -Quality products that you can represent proudly -Flexible hours -Some of us received very good training. -Two week grace period to earn income before draw-pay kicks in. -Incentive bonuses -Friendly staff and warm workplace culture

Cons

-Mandatory part-time with no benefits -Draw-pay means if you book an above-expected number of appointments that pay period, but book nothing the next, your past bonus is now taken out of your upcoming paycheck. -Inconsistent leadership; some canvassers got micro-managed, some practically never heard from management. -Changing the position title, reducing the responsibilities of the position, and cutting the salary of the position for new hires. It was kind of disheartening and illuminated how the company values their canvassers (very little). -Falsely advertised position by grossly exaggerating the average earnings of canvassers. -Expected to drive sometimes over an hour to get to canvassing locations but they don't compensate for time or gas. -Additional training "offerings" meant to increase our sales are unpaid and some canvassers would have to drive two hours to attend. -The time of day we were expected to be working made it almost impossible to balance two part-time jobs but this job alone did not provide a consistent income. -Questionable workplace ethics from leadership, particularly in regards to gaining contact with HR reps and dealing with sensitive information.
