Pros
We have a great team now with everyone aligned. Great attitude. Work ethic. People now care about our customers. Getting tools we need to do the job right. Management team makes objectives clear nad shares business details with us monthly. Now have got rid of bad attitudes, and entitled people hired by previous management. Everyone on same page.
Cons
Product needs to eveolve faster. Lot of additional work required to cover up missing features. Too many manual steps to get customers running.

Lot's of client work to do, Many many project going on, lots of cross client work to do

Very unclear requirements, lots of last minute changes. No respect for staff who were willing to put in long hours for low pay
