      Rewardz is a fast pace growing company in the area of employee rewards and recognition, sales incentives and customer loyalty. - Fast paced work environment with new challenges - Ownership of tasks and self direction - Flexibility from senior management - Chance to work with global MNC clients

      Cons

      As with any fast growing tech business, there are new challenges and learnings on a daily basis. Need to be flexible and willing to do new work and tasks, and figure out the best course of action yourself

      - Fun and exciting work culture. - Flexible working hours so you can choose to work outside or from home if it is more efficient. - Great team and bosses who are committed and driven.

      Cons

      - Hours can be long sometimes but it depends on job requirements. - Extremely fast paced.
