Pros

Extensive on the job training for three weeks. Structured and formal training procedures. Clean work environment. Semi- casual work environment.

Cons

Treats their employees like dirt. Hides benefits and bonuses. and the Entry-level salary is laughable for the work you will be doing.

Pros

Casual work environment, free coffee (Flavia machine), big cubicle, clean and professional.

Cons

• Crappy parking • Work along side with the loud call-center • Micro-management - required to provide updates to management on EVERYTHING we do during the day. Required to update a tracker, EVERYDAY. Required to update lead project manager of all pending tasks, completed tasks, and upcoming tasks. • Lack of processes in place to develop product • Exempt level employee but treated as by the hour - 10+ hour days are normal here and leaving early is frowned upon • Expectations are set and then to be changed regularly • Manipulative higher up bosses • Possible screen/keylogging management system (spying on your computer, i.e. screenshots every 5 seconds, chat logs, key stroke logging, e-mail log, etc) • Lack of professional growth and development • Horrible salary offer • Disrespect for personal life

Pros

Nice office, good parking, Decent benefits. Good location. Very good training program. Free coffee, catered meals and snacks on occasion.

Cons

Management is very misleading in making employees aware of certain aspects of the company. Extreme micromanagement. Management routinely spies on employees via screenshots, chat logs and email logs. Call center employees are discouraged from standing or stretching during their shift. Some members of Management are very oppressive and paranoid.
