      Pros

      Nice office space. Non-political environment; friendly staff; everybody works hard on digital/web production cycles. No overnight travel.

      Cons

      Inflexible hours (8 am till at least 5 pm), working overtime w/o paid is almost expected. Pay is average or below average. No real upward mobility due to the size of the organization.

      Pros

      The pay is good, if you don’t live in the CA area. You’re connected to Code & Theory and the Stagwell network which has a lot of clout. Benefits are okay, though could be improved (ex: only 6 weeks mat leave)

      Cons

      Most people are overworked and under appreciated. Every minute/hour is tracked and you’re expected to fill 8-10 hours per day every day. PTO is supposedly unlimited but was frowned upon when you used it. If you’re sick, you’re still expected to work. Most clients are not very pleasant to work with. Worst of all, it was very clear that leadership valued revenue and profit over ALL else. Employees don’t seem valued in the way they are treated (just in how they’re paid). Code & Theory, the parent company, had all these great benefits like Summer Fridays and full Xmas holidays off. Meanwhile, we didn’t get any of that at Rhythm.

      Great People & Culture. Mobile Minded. Digital Core.

      Pros

      A bunch of smart people who actually know digital. Focus is on collaboration and great work. Always a push to innovate and solve business challenges for clients. Weekly Friday afternoon #teamtime and occasional offsite happy hours and team training.

      Cons

      Some smaller accounts, though seems to be shifting.
