      Pros

      I worked for Rico for almost 3 years and saw alot of changes along the way. The biggest change was the communication between departments. Also, letting key players make decisions without being managed.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect, there will always be something you don't like about it.

      Co workers are very nice. They offer a lunch and 2 breaks, one a.m and one p.m.

      Cons

      Wow. Where to begin? Nobody cares because management doesn’t. I was lied to about my starting rate, what department I would work in, overtime required and soooooo many other things. Nobody’s in charge knows what is going on in the MULTIPLE buildings you will be working in. And like so many have mentioned, management are the ones posting the positive comments. All of them have worked there over 10 years and don’t have a single negative to say? Or any advice to improve? Please!!!!!
