Pros

Benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, sick time, and sometimes a raise.

Cons

No room for advancement unless you are in the inner circle. You have to be part A team, Allison's pet.

Don’t Let Football Fool You

Pros

Working with interesting products supporting NFL, CFB, and High School football.

Cons

Lack of support to build a positive company culture. CEO hides and rarely speaks about the vision and growth opportunities for the business. Executives are way overpaid and have no true vision for growth.

Pros

You get to be apart of the market leader in football helmets. The work you do makes a direct impact on the sport of football. The headquarters is a smaller organization but that leads to closer relationships which is a big plus.

Cons

It is frowned upon to work from home and they have shot down summer hours more than once
