      Pros

      Ownership still cares. Employees want to do their best. IT dept led by amazing leader and very good managers. Product worth believing in.

      Cons

      Salary inequalities. Salaries always cut. Some managers are clueless to how to manage people. IT resources focused 100% on client needs, ignoring internal tools.

      Pros

      Flexible work-hours. Free parking in front. Workers are listen, managers and owners are friendly. pool, ping-pong, table hockey available. There is also a Gym. Cash bonus when you reference someone and he/she says in the company. Anual awards.

      Cons

      In general people don't have a vision of the company business. Path to raise salary or promotion is not clear. Initial salary are down the average.

      * create cooperative culture * managers are cool people and friendly * in site gym and showers * friendly/professional colleagues

      Cons

      * not a suitable building for an Office * not easy accessible location * no sick days * low salary * tons of load of tasks * almost no chance to get promoted * no remote work * no budget for training

      Great people. Not so great wage.

      Pros

      Depending on department or manager, you can do your job and be at ease without too much micromanagement. Good perks overall. Several barbecues and other activities organized by the company during the year. Equipment pretty up to date in IT department. Gym centre.

      Cons

      Company in constant financial struggle (or so they say) resulting in a salary increase every 3-4 years or so, and when they do, the raise barely covers current year's inflation rate. As a result, wages are about 25% lower than the market for a similar job with similar skills and turnover is pretty high across the board. Lack of training.

      Great environment to learn, the company does many events what helps the inter-personal contact, managers and directors are very nice people.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunities, low salaries, easy place to be accomodate
