Pros

They offer decent salary and some mgmt personnel’s are I thought good leaders who cares about their subordinates. Some really fantastic colleagues.

Cons

Higher mgmt lost touch of the ground and forgotten they are the ones that is making the $$. Authority concentrated to a few persons thousands of miles away and it’s absolute. No interest in listening to people who runs the place. A toxic work culture where people only cares about outperforming in anyways to be visible.
