Amazing family owned Swiss company with international footprint

Pros

Very high social values - as a family company they DO care genuinely about their employees. Overall a very daring and innovative company - for the fact that they are an "old" media house, a lot of different directions and strategies to digitalise the company are taken. Overall a very entrepreneurial, smart and unbureaucratic place.

Cons

As in any company there is a certain amount of headquarter politics and sometimes, specifically working in the digital part of the company one does not always feel supported by the legacy business functions.

Senior management team (almost all expatriates) are incredibly rude and disillusioned on local markets. Sometimes racist.
