You get a paycheck, some cool coworkers

Cons

No benefits, work just dries up, pay is awful, management and ownership are terrible, no job security, no PTO. Owner does not care about your performance, it's all about his ego.

Pros

Great work life balance, they understand that life happens. The owner seems to appreciate your efforts and consistently shows gratitude. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. No workplace drama most of the time I was there. You get an annual raise.

Cons

The work is monotonous and lunchtime is too short.
