First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We believe Ripple is a special place where our employees have an opportunity to do great work and thrive, and it's disappointing to hear that your experience did not match up to those expectations. As the leader of our Customer Success team, I take this feedback to heart as it’s incredibly important to me that my team is clear on their roles and feel supported while at Ripple, no matter where they are located. Time-off is very much encouraged as it’s important that people feel supported in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In fact 96% of the Ripple team said they are able to take time off work when necessary in a recent engagement survey. My assurance to you is that we will always listen and take action if there are areas where we need to do better. It’s the only way we’re able to continue to build something special.
