Shop employees apart from management are great people.
Cons
Management uses bullyism and fowl slander to scare employees. Management shorts paychecks almost every pay period then take weeks to pay in full. Management uses obscene and fowl languages directed to employees along with threats to fire them if they dont do what they want them to do even if it may seem unethical. Management does not care about employee well being or mental health. Management will drain you dry to get the work out the door they dont care about your family or what your problems might be. Management will call you after hours and use obscene languages over the phone to scare you with lawyer tactics and other illegal statements. Management has camera and listening devices planted through out the entire shop floor to listen and watch your every move. Management has no idea about a healthy working enviroment for employees.
