      Nothing, it was the worst experience I ever had with my 20+ of work experience.

      For the amount of work you do and are expected to do. Does not match your salary.

      Pros

      Great location (downtown) and good working hours. Management is easy to work with and flexible when it comes to being sick or needing to take time off. Work environment is quiet.... like dead silent. I like the freedom and ability to self management.

      Cons

      It's challenging to blaze new trails in such a complex industry. I could not understand the domain so I jumped ship. If your technical you should be fine but I just couldn't get into the product.

      Being a smaller company provides employees the opportunity to wear many hats, reducing monotony and expanding their experience in multiple areas. Great coworkers with a high level of camaraderie. Management gives employees a high level of independence.
