Pros

Health insurance is probably one of the best in the country if you don't smoke and do the screenings. Salary is high, but it is to compensate the nonsense German influence and conditions. Local senior management is good, but the Germans try to interfere everywhere.

Cons

Germany refuse to understand this market is different from Germany. Makes it impossible to sell anything. If you want to work for a company to be constantly told you are an idiot come and work for Rittal. They are set up for failure in the future. if they try to force the German way on the company.

Pros

No real pros to list down

Cons

No support from management. Almost all people except crownies of management team are frustrated to the core to leave the company. You will not get hike if you are honest and hardworking. Bucketing is important. Career destroyer management. No recognition only slog and slog. you will go mad slogging. Many more to list down.

Pros

There were no pros to working there.

Cons

The management is horrible. They have meetings with you every day during your orientation period and never give you any feedback. They let you go for no reason and blind side you when they do let you go. The one supervisor in that department couldn’t train anyone. She made you feel like an idiot when you asked a question. I have over 30 years in management and would have never made my employees feel stupid and incompetent. And in all my years of work, I have never had anyone treat me in the manner she treated me. I also would have given someone feedback to help them succeed not try to get them discharged. She only cared about her personal life and spending every break and lunchtime with her husband that worked there. She was too busy keeping tabs on him to train a new employee.
