      Was able to get much on the job training. Flexible Lunch hours. Open door policy with management. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Busy season can be stressful. Building can be hard to navigate and their arent many good places to eat nearby so bring your own lunch.

      Pros

      Stepping stone to something better if you love the jewelry industry. After dealing with the owner nothing else will seem that bad.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Gaslighted by your boss. Harassed by team members if you report it the owner will say he does not have time for that. You have to ask for permission to leave on time. Racist and sexist jokes by the owner. Owner will commonly use the analogy that you might feel like the wife of a man how physically abuses her. When confronted of verbal and emotional inflicted by him. It's completely a suffocating environment.
