Pros
• Lots of opportunities to learn and grow • You get the chance to be part of a team that is creating truly cutting-edge, transformational technology • Many team members have been here for a long time, and it shows people's dedication to what we're doing • It's a fun environment to work in with a lot of comradery. It can be stressful at times, and we all work extremely hard. However, we are all highly motivated to see our company succeed, so that makes the hard work worth it.
Cons
The main con is that there isn't a great sense of diversity. Upper management is all men, with the exception of our CFO.
