      Pros

      I really did not like anything about working for Connect CCR&R. River Valley is their parent company. I did notice employees who were NOT case managers seemed less stressed.

      Cons

      This place is a nightmare. How any one could work here for the minimal pay and benefits and be CONSTANTLY bombarded by clients and 200 cases per worker is beyond me. You can make the same money checking people out at a grocery store... They also never offer raises, EVER. Unless the minimum wage goes up. Perhaps if they were closed to the public a day or two a week to allow people to catch up on paperwork it would be bearable.
