I have been working at Road for over 3.5 years now, and I can honestly say it has been an incredible journey. If you are looking for a company that truly invests in its people, this is the place to be. During my time here, I’ve been given numerous opportunities to grow. The company doesn't just offer "potential", they provide a real platform to excel. I’ve made sure to seize these opportunities, and thanks to the supportive environment, I’ve been promoted twice during my tenure. One of the things I value most is the freedom you receive. Road trusts its employees; if you take ownership and handle that freedom responsibly, success follows naturally. What truly sets Road apart is the transparency and the flat hierarchy. It’s not just a buzzword here, it’s the reality. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking to the CEO or the cleaning staff; everyone is equally valued, respected, and accepted. You can speak your mind to anyone, which creates an atmosphere of genuine trust and openness. Beyond the professional side, the social life at Road is amazing. There is a real sense of community. We have regular activities like football and padel tournaments, but also more personal moments like potluck dinners and coming together to share an Iftar meal. It makes the workplace feel like a community rather than just an office. But the absolute icing on the cake? The annual company trips. This year, we went on a long weekend skiing in Austria, which was a legendary experience and a great way to bond with the team.
