      Worst Place I have ever worked...

      Pros

      The pay is great. The benefits are great. The floor workers are great and very knowledgeable...and that's where anything positive about this company stops.

      Cons

      Most people I saw worked more than 8 hour days constantly. Management expects to have zero involvement, yet have highly productive new hires. Best part of my year so far was getting out of that job. It was an exercise in How Not To Manage New Employees.

      Pros

      Nice people, creative and dynamic environment, not beaurocratic , fantastic products to be proud of. Good pay but no work life balance.

      Cons

      Workload too high. goals increase in unnattainable amounts annually. Company is too ambitious, and people get burnt out fast. in 6 months 5 people in the sales and marketing team left. When people leave their responsibilities or territory falls on you. Not enough stability

      Helpful teams but favoritism and broken promises persist

      Pros

      Teams are close to each other. There are some cross functioning teams that are helpful.

      Cons

      Promises are made during meetings but never documented. There is favoritism, certain teams get more benefits and inclusion than others. The rules are constantly changed according to how management is feeling.
