      Pros

      There were several young and enthusiastic people at RoboteX; now there are a fewer of them. The pay and benefits at RoboteX are good.

      Cons

      The company was expanding rapidly a year ago. Recently, objectives changed and several employees were laid off. The company appointed a new manager and now it appears that more conservative plans are being made behind closed doors. Employees are not given transparency into what is going on, but with these layoffs the writing is on the wall.

      This company has a quite and friendly environment. They provide free lunch, snacks, and drinks. Also there is pool and ping pong tables.

      Cons

      Very limited room for improvement. Only one proprietary product which has already met all the improvement measures and there is not much really to maneuver on
