Pros
- Flexible working hours - 1 day WFH every week - Macbook/Thinkpad provided - Healthcare package with a total of 5.5mils allowance - Snacks and free drinks - Outside activities such as football 2 times a week - Supportive and friendly colleagues with flat structured - Multi-tech stacks up-to-date with the industry
Cons
- Illegal in Vietnam region because don't have Labour Contract - Unsupported social insurance for employees - Lack of positions with expertise such as PM, QA/AC, Tester, BA, ... etc - Salary is not competitive with other companies - Don't have loyalty benefits for oldies - Don't have internal process when developing a software
