      Good company for seasonal work

      Pros

      When I was there, the pay was fair for the workload. Overall I would say it is a good job for people working for seasonal work. Life me back in the summer of 2022.

      Cons

      I can't say anything about the company long term, so take this with a grain of salt.

      Weekends and holidays off, great co-workers. 401k match

      Cons

      We only get one bonus per year and it's barely anything compared to what other companies get, we have to share our commission with everyone in the office so it doesn't come out to much. Very lacking in organization and communication.

      All Rochester properties are in bad neighborhoods. Roaches and bed bugs are out of control.
