Huge disconnect between administration and staff. It is a dangerous place to work both for your physical safety and your license.

There was very little security there, which was a huge downside for me. When you're working with patients who are mentally unstable, security is of the utmost importance. There also was a serious lack of communication between techs/nurses/reception which led to a lot of agitated family members who would be told one thing by a tech or a nurse and another thing by a receptionist, and then receptionists would get the brunt of it.
