There were a few different CEOs since I started which caused some confusion about how things are supposed to work, but they're getting into a good groove.
My co-workers were amazing, and very easy to work with and get along with. The pay was pretty competitive for a college job, and for working as a receptionist. I especially loved working in the mental health field since that is where I want to end up career-wise.
Cons
There was very little security there, which was a huge downside for me. When you're working with patients who are mentally unstable, security is of the utmost importance. There also was a serious lack of communication between techs/nurses/reception which led to a lot of agitated family members who would be told one thing by a tech or a nurse and another thing by a receptionist, and then receptionists would get the brunt of it.
