Pros
Rock Solid was a wonderful place to work. Management is genuinely looking to help you achieve your career goals. Code was generally good quality and pleasant to work with thanks to some fantastic architectural leadership from team leads. Very much a community -- not just a workplace.
Cons
None. Management is open-minded and eminently reasonable. Culture is healthy. Nothing to complain about.
