Bad management and no clear business idea

The company is going under and the strategy is to take out all funds from the company into the owners own pocket before it does. The CEO and rest of the management do not care for any employees. They laid off 20% of the company to save cost and at the same time the management took out company cars and increased their own salary. If this company survies than do not join it in any roles. Look at the reviews here at glassdoor and know that nothing has changed. Culture is toxic and if you don't want to work outside office hours then you are worth nothing to them.
