      A great company with a visionary product but lack of leadership to take it to the next level.

      Pros

      Honest company, provides it's employees with great benefits and livable wages, under the Adidas umbrella it should skyrocket.

      Cons

      Senior management (US--not German) is pretty clueless. They have a vision, but no implementation. They have shrunk rather than grown, and it does not seem to get any brighter in outlook.

      Aneta RVPO is absolutely unethical and horrible to work with. Does not care about residents or staff and leadership style is nothing more than threatening your job. No culture

      Hawthorne healthcare has the most potlucks known to mankind The building was remodeled.

      Cons

      Lots of cliques Most of the employees are mad Terrible work ethic Employees are loud and rude to patients and families Some of the patient rooms are super outdated
