Pros
Major IP and world class collaborators. People are really great and the studio seriously seems to be heading places. Plenty of opportunity in the short, mid, and long term.
Cons
You need to be able to take some initiative and thrive with minimal guidance to be a good fit I think.

The team are incredibly passionate and talented. Great perks. Good location, nice new office.
Cons
Growing pains, quite a common occurrence in business. Poor approach to communication. Decision making seems like blue sky thinking and happen infrequently.
