Lack of discipline-time out is not allowed. The older kids realize that they don't really have consequences if they do something mean/wrong. They get a conversation and that's it. They don't care about their behavior unless parents are reinforcing choices at home. No substitutes so only one teacher is allowed a day off at a time, and requests off are not approved more than the first day of that month. Time not allowed off, even unpaid time, for court dates.
