      The Owner screams at all his employees, everyone who works for him are looked upon as peasants. Reginal managers do not last unless they sell their soul.

      High turnover is no support no teamwork you’re thrown in a position without training you get the blame for everything that goes wrong. Everyone in corporate tells you different things but aren’t really helping you with anything. They don’t know one site very stressful environment from residence as well as management you will always play catch-up, because nothing is properly done. Everything is everywhere filing system an ours delinquency and you’ll get the blame for things that happened two years ago. Owner constantly yells at you just because he’s paying you a good salary. Anxiety level. Was always high.
