Pros

Nothing much about the pro.

Cons

Serious micromanage. No room for growth. Everything you do or talk to other department HODs have to inform your boss first before communication can be done. Remuneration and benefits are below market rate. 1 person doing few person jobs and roles, when replacement are not found.

Pros

Employee discounts and the strength of the brand.

Cons

-Despite the polished brand image, the company operates more like an SMC. The level of micromanagement is unprecedented, and the workplace culture is toxic. -There is a complete lack of teamwork, with top management being gossipy, discriminatory, and manipulative. -No training or proper induction is provided for new hires. Information is deliberately withheld, and employees are expected to perform at a high level without support. Asking for help is not only discouraged but ridiculed. Staff are openly mocked for seeking clarification, and mistakes are met with public embarrassment. -Feedback is rarely constructive. If you fail to meet expectations, expect insults and criticism instead of guidance. -Instructions and expectations are unclear and constantly changing, leaving employees to guess what is required. This environment is not conducive to growth—instead, it stifles creativity, hope, and enthusiasm. -Work-life balance is non-existent. Punctuality is demanded due to the brand’s image, yet employees are not allowed to leave on time without being questioned. Flexibility is nonexistent. -The company uses long notice periods in an attempt to retain employees, but turnover remains high.
