Pros

They hire often and the company is growing.

Cons

The company does not compensate well for their office workers, they promise salary increases and then go back on their word. They pay less than any standard construction type company. The office managment here is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. The management have their heads in the clouds and disregard the office workers that cause havoc. Some people are not worth keeping employed who handle office duties, no matter how long they've been working there. I have never experienced such nasty attitudes, bickering, and jealousy in my entire career. Unfortunately key people should be let go at this branch, they make it difficult to enjoy coming into work. If you want to deal with being bullied by office coworkers on a daily basis and having your career sabatoged by veteran employees due to insecurity and jealousy than by all means work there. I would not recommend taking a job at that branch, these women feel threatened by anyone who may take their star status away. It is a very hostile environment, after a few months you will see exactly who controls who in this office. Eventually you will get your turn at being backstabbed and fired based on someones personal dislike for you.

Pros

Casual dress Friday was ok I guess

Cons

Payroll people were stuck in their high school ways. HR played games as well. All upper management thought they were holier than thou when really they just collected on everyone else's hard work. Way too much favoritism. They do not train what so ever, and if you don't do something correctly it's your fault for not being able to read minds and train yourself. I would work 6 different jobs before going back to this god awful place.

Romanoff or Jumanji?

Pros

Benefits are available to full time employees.

Cons

A day in the life of Romanoff is like a day in Jumanji. You accept the invitation to play thinking, 'it should be fun, right?' You get in, they give you a vague intro to the objective and some rules, then you're left to figure out the rest along the way. The culture is probably between transitional and familial. There's a lot of uncertainty and with the extremely high turnover comes different personalities among employees. Those that have been with the company for many years are all like family. If you're lucky enough to get accepted into the family, you're taken care of. If not... you're in Jumanji. Keep your guard up, stay focused, and just try to stay alive until you can get out!
