      Horrible hours, management expects you to drop everything on a dime to cover someone else's shift, poor management communication, no chance for advancement.

      Some friends, nothing really worth it

      Cons

      No room for improvement, favoritism, no advancement, will terminate anyone if they don't like you. Unorganized,un professional. If you get sick you will be fired.
