      Root Capital is a great organization with a long history of providing financial capital to agricultural enterprises who otherwise wouldn't have access.

      Cons

      Organization is in a dire need of a refresh. Organizational prospects are limited and a strategy will be key to navigate through difficult headwinds that face NGOs.
