Pros

Decent product. Some fun people work there.

Cons

Other than CEO & CTO, senior management is shockingly bad with little to no grasp of technology or the insurance industry. Benefits are bad - healthcare plan is very expensive, no 401k match, no decent employee perks.

Pros

CEO has good industry knowledge.

Cons

Other senior management have little clue about the insurance industry or management experience. The employees that actually understood the industry either quit or were let go in multiple rounds of layoffs. Pretty toxic sales environment until SVP Sales and his sidekick were fired. Poor delivery experience for customers. VC partners are unsupportive and have unrealistic expectations.
