      Pros

      Some good team members even though there are a lot of ego wars inside the company.

      Cons

      Sinking ship. C-Level leadership is completely lost, it seems they only want their annual bonuses and that's it. Very flat organization and not clear hierarchy, opportunities to grow are trying to sink you direct manager.

      Pros

      - full remote jobs. - good ideas on the dev teams

      Cons

      - management needs to be management, not politics. - siloed teams/communications. - ridiculous, non-work-related reasons to be fired (given that my performance review was 100% and was taken a month prior) - *NO* exit interview. - way too many calls that could've been a slack message/email - although your contract will be USD, you will be forced to accept payment in stable crypto. when i raised the issue of commissions, i received a blunt "the losses are included in your paycheck" :)

      Pros

      A very good plate to learn about the crypto market and ecosystem. Good vacation package, personal days and sick days combo. I love the flexible approach to the working schedule. Fair compensation with crypto payment options. Last but not least, great recruitment process.

      Cons

      The company needs to work a bit more on processes, but I have seen changes take place on that front that are good indicators the issue is being faced and solutions are being implemented. More crypto specific training should be incorporated in the enablement process, the initial crypto user course is very good, but more info would be necessary.
