      Small structure in Asia that needs to be developed but no tools, support or appropriate communication to do so

      Independency and no micro management

      Cons

      Lack of technical training/tests/practice. Huge lack of communication between the managers and the employees. Unfriendly work environment with no interactions between colleagues outside of work. Old management spirit. Not a modern company.
