      Pros

      With the exception of onsite jobs, it was fully remote. Unlimited PTO pending approval. Good benefits, solid leadership, and a team committed to helping each other. Many of the clients are also nonprofit organizations, which helps feeling like you're doing some good.

      Cons

      Still relatively new while I worked, transitioning into a more established corporate structure.

      Pros

      Really enjoyable culture and a welcoming environment for everyone. Going to work feel fun most of the time and we work together to solve problems. Management is transparent and truly is trying to make this the best place to work.

      Cons

      Small company, so can wear a lot of hats - but can always ask for help.

      Pros

      Flexible, honest, fair, and full of integrity. The organization focuses on ensuring its employees are heard and happy. Unlimited PTO, work from home, trust and collaboration.

      Cons

      Working to serve nonprofit organizations is fulfilling. You'll end up working a bit more than you expected, but by your own accord, not because RoundTable is asking you to - you end up "wanting" to be there for our clients. Is that really a "con"?
