The company has energy, and there are moments where it genuinely feels exciting… at least temporarily.

Cons

Everything moves extremely fast, which sounds great at first, but eventually the constant shifting starts creating more confusion than momentum, because priorities change, expectations evolve mid-process, and communication doesn’t always keep pace with those changes, so instead of building confidence in the work you’re doing, you end up constantly recalibrating and trying to keep up with whatever the newest focus is, which becomes mentally exhausting after a while because nothing ever feels fully settled long enough to actually succeed properly.

Don't believe any of the positive reviews . I thought working here would be great, but my experience with Route was anything but. If you're thinking of working here, I urge you to look for other opportunities instead.

Cons

Don't waste your time with this company. The salary is terrible, there isn't any room to grow, opportunities to advance are scarce, the benefits are terrible, work-life balance is abysmal, ect. Not to mention, most of the managers are hostile and pain to work with. Unless you want to be miserable, you're better off looking for another company to work for.

Route is a terrible company that you should avoid. You won't gain anything here except for mediocre pay and a ton of stress. The work environment is extremely exhausting due to the abusive and demanding management. And despite being overworked, employees are only given poor pay and benefits.
