They pay a fair salary aligned with market practices

Cons

The software is full of glitches, slow and expensive, it feels like using software in 2009. Look for other options if you are a potential customer. In terms of working for the company: managers are a little desperate and pressured because competitors are doing a much better. They should be trying to improve their internal processes, but they micromanage instead. They try to paint the "cool" and "young" environment, but their ideas are as old as the earth. Not a good experience. If you get an offer to work for this company, think twice, and keep looking elsewhere.
