Pros
Great history in Atlanta as a pioneering production/publishing house. Great location. Excellent benefits package. No micro managing. Sense of professional freedom at times
Cons
Rowdy could be a really great company if only executive management were able to make decisions across the board. It would also be great if everyone across the different organizations had an opportunity to know/understand all that was going on throughout.
