- senior management are willing to work together to resolve issues whether they be work or personal - good working environment - good procedural systems in place

Not the best paying Career progression is available but a lengthy process to prove.

Great balance of process and flexibility, job security, very experienced people you can learn allot from, and really friendly working environment.
Cons
Opportunity for progression could be better. Lots of people stay in the company for ages meaning it can be a while before promotion happens.

Very good work environment, lots of opportunities, access and friendliness between different ranks, varied experience no two projects the same.
Cons
Very very disorganised, occasionally slightly lower pay than other competitors (but the working environment makes it worth it in my opinion),
