Production supervisor, team leads and senior staff could spend more time on the shop floor, getting to know it's people more.
Needs to create a great trading program for current and new employee each time they are needing to be up to speed
with current aviation technologies.
Reason I gave a 1 star was that after three weeks🤣on the job, a lead got upset and went into a rage over something very simple that could have been easily corrected on some paperwork and had a better day all together.
The rage was so bad that it shook me to the core almost like somebody went in and had a negative moment on something and washed out on other employees at the same time
