      Pros

      I have been working with rtbrick for one year, I could understand the end-to-end project and got a chance to work with brilliant minds. Working here I feel I have learned a lot since one year and much more to learn, I don't just work as a tester I do get opportunities to work as a dev. I don't think so many companies give you opportunities to learn and explore new technologies but this is what I could see in rtbrick that my knowledge and learning is exponentially increased and good for my carrier growth

      1. Surrounded by high talented individuals who are passionate about their work. 2. Learning is much faster, helps you gain experience or new skills very quickly. 3. Salary is on par with industry standards or above. 4. Quality of work is very high compared to other networking biggies.
