- You will work with some of the smartest, kindest team members - Working in healthcare, you will gain a lot of experience in a highly complex space - Sometimes, strategy will shift (sometimes due to acquisitions), but the experience can be meaningful if you make it meaningful

- Strategy continues to shirt and you have to decide if you want to move with it - Lots of change
