      1. micromanagement 2. no product direction, when there's hype around security its a security company, when theres hype around AI its a AI company, but tbh its just an orchestration company, except for the distributed filesystem layer. CNP team is the worst 3. over engineered architecture for some stupid backup product. al

      Pros

      Just clocked my first month and it has been so far a super positive experience. People are extremely welcoming and helpful and getting you on boarded. The outlook of the company looks amazing.

      Cons

      Being a start up, there is constant changes so it not necessarily a con but it can be challenging for some.
